2. What data we process
Consultation questionnaire. If you fill in the questionnaire on this website, we process: your answers (household, destination country, timeline, priorities), your name, email and — optionally — Telegram/WhatsApp handle and a comment.
Purpose: preparing and conducting the free consultation and contacting you at your request.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
Storage: the data is stored on the website's server and deleted at your request or once your case is completed.
3. Server logs
The hosting provider automatically stores technical logs (IP address, request time, browser). This is necessary for the secure operation of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
4. Booking a consultation (Calendly)
We use the external service Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA) for booking consultations. The Calendly link only opens after you click it. When you use Calendly, the Calendly privacy policy applies.
5. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use tracking cookies and does not embed third-party analytics. Fonts and all assets are served from our own server.
